Move to Japan

First of all, I gather information on what you need in Japan. How many rooms, what area, the budget involved. that kind of thing. This requires a form to be filled out. This form is the basis of your quote.

You will be sent an invoice for my service at that point, and on receipt and clearance of payment I start. Prices vary according to the time frame required and time of year (public holidays etc). Average contract is around 3 months, but urgent jobs can be arranged

From that I go to several houses in the selected region. I convert all floor plans to modern metric, or imperial room sizing. I can arrange all documentation to be translated to your local language.

At each property I take high quality video, and many photos. These are then transferred to a dvd or cd (other media possible if necessary) and are all sent to you to peruse at your leisure. with direct contacts for the home real estate agent, or seller

Should you wish to continue with a purchase I can act as a locator for further translation services on contracts and meetings with lawyers, or act entirely on your behalf in this capacity. (this service is not included in initial service and is secondary service offered)
